No wonder why people at different quarters refer to him as Ukai of touching lives. Yes! The assertion has 95% atom of truth because thousands of lives have been touched and his impact to humanity felt by all and sundry.
Diligent, committed, dedicated and resilient in the discharge of any given assignment. Tested and trusted by his kinsmen because of his exceptional leadership acumen in governance. Passionate, enthusiastic and optimistic about the welfare of his people. Ukai Udeme Emmanuel is a man of the people.
Ukai Udeme Emmanuel, painstakingly dedicating his time, energy and attention towards Interpreting Governor Udom Emmanuel’s Completion Agenda mantra in the last six years.
Governance is in every sense omnibus. It takes a leader with insight to discern and identify areas of engagement where the people can usefully apply themselves. A scion who is very passionate about the welfare and well-being of transporters, commuters and commercial bus drivers in the state was spotted on Tuesday donating free fuel to this set of Akwa Ibom indigenes as a means of completing them for their unwavering support for the administration of Governor Udom Emmanuel.
As many would describe, he represents the Governors image on the street who masterminds some responsibilities that’s connected to the grassroots.
