THE ROYAL DRUMS FALL SILENT AS A LEGENDARY MUSICIAN VISITS ANCESTRAL HOME
As the preparation for the burial of a legendary traditional musician and a melodic maestro popularly known as Akpan A’basi gathers momentum, the family of Late Prince Akpan Bassey Usoro of nto ofong, ikot Amah village, Essien Udim LGA of Akwa Ibom State and the Central Planning Committee announce the passing onto glory of our beloved father, grandfather, uncle, and a harmonious hero Late Akpan Bassey Usoro who died at the age of 72.
The CPC invites all to celebrate the life and legacy of a musical icon whose rhythms and melodies echoed through generations.
The funeral rites are as follows:

Burial Date: 6th September, 2024
