NUJ felicitates Governor Emmanuel at 55
The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Akwa Ibom State Council, offers its best wishes to Gov Udom Emmanuel at 55, wrapped in thanksgiving to the Almighty God for His abundant love and mercy upon the Governor.
The Union states that the solemnity of the Governor’s birthday this year is expressed in the fullness of his visionary and selfless service to humanity, which has been his trademark, stressing that the most remarkable is his undiluted service to Akwa Ibom State.
In a birthday message signed by Comrade Amos Etuk and Comrade Dominic Akpan, State Chairman and Secretary, respectively, the Union stated that Gov. Emmanuel’s administration will remain a reference point in the opening chapter of the quest for industrialization by the State.
” The Governor is a perfect gentleman, a listening father, a great and visionary leader, a promoter of press freedom, and a pillar of support to the NUJ.
” The NUJ appreciates the Governor’s support to our Auditorium project and all our activities. We are proud of his contributions to the expansion of the frontiers of development in the Union,” the NUJ stated in the statement.
The Union further states that nothing could be compared to the fantastic working relationship it enjoys with Gov. Emmanuel.
While thanking God for the gift of life for Gov. Emmanuel, the Union assures him of its support, as always, to his Completion Agenda, and prayed for soundness of mind for him to steer the ship of the State safely to the next harbour in 2023.
