IPOB: Understanding Governor Uzodimma’s Address to Imo People
— Governor’s Position Never a Contradiction To Police Reports.
Reading is very easy to do just as much as hearing but comprehension and understanding is a total different ball game altogether. I think the art of comprehension is one of the hardest things to do.
Following the statewide address of the #PeoplesGovernor, a lot of people have been tagging me to different posts and comment threads saying that the Governor has contradicted the earlier reports of the Nigeria Police Force which I also shared.
People with such dispositions are greatly mistaken, and or, misconstrued the true message behind the Governor’s assertion.
Our governor said that the killing of Alhaji Ahmed Gulak was a political assassination and I completely agree with him.
That the police had earlier said that the Killers were Ipob/ESN hoodlums does not mean that they are to be exonerated by the Governor’s comments on political assassination.
Politicians can of course hire these terror merchants to perpetuate their evil agendas against the state or any one.
The Governor’s position is never an exoneration of anyone that the NPF had already accused or indicted.
The recent reports that Nnamdi Kanu has said that he was going to repay the trailer load of onions that were looted by these hoodlums confirms the position of the governor because the Nnamdi Kanu’s IPOB may have lost control over these guys that they could be contracted by disgruntled politicians to carry out their private hits away from the original intents and mandates that Nnamdi Kanu or IPOB may have set out for them.
The Governor’s position was never a contradiction to the earlier position of the NPF as the Governor is completely in order.
