DAkwa Ibom @ 34: Anthony Luke felicitates Governor Emmanuel
As Akwa Ibomites celebrates the 34th anniversary of State creation today, September 23, the Chairman of Essien Udim Local Government council, Mr. Anthony Luke has felicitated Governor Udom Emmanuel for making the dreams of the founding fathers a reality.

The Chairman commended the State Governor for maintaining steady development of the State in the past six years of his administration through an industrial and infrastructural renaissance.
The Council boss particularly thanked the governor for extending his industrial revolution to Essien Udim by siting Oil Palm Processing Project in the area which will be commissioned on the 26th of October.
According to him the project is located in a very strategic place and will improve the socio-economic life of the people. He urged his people to key into the governor’s vision by investing in Oil Palm Processing for commerce.
Mr. Luke also congratulated the governor for the completion of numerous projects to be commissioned as part of activities to mark the 34th anniversary especially the Dakkada Tower (21 Storey Smart Building) which will be inaugurated by the Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osingbajo on Friday, September 24th, 2021 among other laudable projects.
While pledging the People’s support to the governor’s completion agenda, the Chairman said Essien Udim people believe in Udom Emmanuel and will stand with him to the end of his administration.
He congratulated the new state chairman, Akwa Ibom State Traditional Rulers Council.
