Miracle Academy opens talk on Road Map of expansion in 2022
…reiterates commitment to re-engineering cultural values in Nigeria.

The proprietress of Miracle Academy Group of Schools, Pastor Mrs. Esther Effiong, has revealed the intentions of expanding the institution of learning to incorporate Miracle University of Science and Technology in near future.
The learning institution currently housing Miracle Nursery School, Miracle Primary School and Miracle High School is reportedly undergoing expansion.
According to Mrs. Effiong: “Miracle Academy has produced professionals like Medical Doctors, Barristers, Engineers, Teachers, and a handful of others out there making waves.
“”Since growth is inevitable, hence, having gotten to this height, the next target is to provide a tertiary institution of learning.””
Speaking with our correspondents, the Principal of Miracle Academy, Mr. Linus Akpan, revealed that the school have among other successes recorded been able to adopt a curriculum that is of global standard.
Mr. Akpan in his words, “the curriculum we are using to train our pupils/students is such that has gained global recognition and has been vetted and approved by the Ministry of Education.”
On the aspect of staff qualification and development, the institution boss made it known that the school has developed a framework for testing applicants who wish to teach in the school. He went on to stress that once such applicant can not pass the test, he/she can not be employed to teach in the school.
“”This initiative has helped the school stand out in the comity of other schools and the students record outstanding result in both terminal and external examinations like WASSCE and UTME.
Filling questions from the aspect of entrepreneurial development, the head teacher, Mrs. Nyakno Enoidem disclosed that in an attempt to facilitate job creation and self-employment among the youths, Miracle Academy train students in craft, sewing, creative arts like paintings and drawings. She added that the school is making provision for fish ponds, animal and crop farms where students will also be trained in agro business.
Also, the head of Public Relations in the school in the school, Mr. Mfon Archibong said the school throughout its existence sustains mutual relationship with stakeholders. Mr. Mfon reacting to question on students excursion programmes maintained that what used to be a regular activities in the school has been relaxed this term due to time constraint but however said will be a routine from next academic term.
Similarly, the Chairman, Parents/Teachers Association (PTA), Mr. Anietie Williams, appreciated the management and staff of Miracle Academy for Quality services rendered and the tactical management of the flood menace in the school area. He further called for timely intervention of Akwa Ibom State Government to ensure that the effect of flood incident in the area is properly managed.
Speaking on, the PTA boss in the school said the association together with management and Staff of the school published an handbook containing rules and regulations for pupils/students, parents, and teachers.
In another breath, the management and staff of the school made it public that the school will on 18th of December play host to pupils/students, parents, and invited guest on Thanksgiving service, Cultural Festival, and the End of the Year Party.
