Owelle: What happened to Imo atter Okorocha?

There is an adage that says *”A cow doesn’t know the importance of its tail until it’s cut off”* This implies to Imo state my state… Imo was the most peaceful and crime free state in Nigeria between 2012 to 2019 when Owelle was at the helm. It’s not that there wasn’t insurgencies in crime and conflict then….but Owelle in his leadership skills and wisdom always prevail and keep Imo calm.
Imo state has the most intellectual men and women, and that made owelle the most criticized and abused governor during his tenure, but there has always been peace because of the then governor (Owelle) has a great leadership skill in handling and keeping Imo safe.
Post Owelle era in my state has gone so bad and unbearable to control…. now in Imo, could it be that *something is wrong with the head of the state or something could be wrong with the state of the head?
This emergent ugly situation do highlight that a leader is always born not made, and it took only a true born leader to know the right thing to do at the right time.
Towards the end of Owelle heroic tenure in Imo as a Governor he foresaw this coming and tried to stop it because of the love he has for his people but he was criticized and they called it *familocracy government.* But the fact remains that familocracy government in Imo should have been better than the present day democracy in Imo.
Owelle heroism in leadership show that he deserves the President of this country because he has the charisma, vision, techniques and wisdom.
