Man regains freedom after death sentence as Court of Appeal set aside judgement
Barr Utibe Nwoko has secured the discharge and acquittal of Sunday Philip Ndem sentence to death by the Akwa Ibom State High Court, Mkpat Enin Division in Suit No. HME/10c/2017 – The State v Sunday Philip Ndem on the 20th November, 2018.
