Madam Arit Uko for Burial Saturday
All is now set for the final homeward journey and transition to eternal glory of Late Madam Arit Adam Uko of Ikot Ntan Nsit Village, Nsit Ibom LGA at the age of 86.

According to the statement, funeral arrangements for the octogenarian is as follows; Monday, 8th November,2021, opening of mourning house at the deceased compound, Ikot Ntan Nsit, Tuesday, November 9th to Thursday November,11th, condolence visit, Friday,12 November,2021 Friends Night while funeral service in honour of the departed will hold on Saturday, November,13th by 10 am to be conducted by the United Evangelical Church, Ikot Ntan Nsit, Ikot Oku Nsit Superintendency Uyo Area Conference, Akwa Ibom State at the deceased compound.
The family statement, described the decease as a loving and caring mother, a woman with a heart of gold, stating that she will be remembered for her charitable lifestyles and her selfless service to God and the society.
The statement invites friends, sympathisers and the public to the burial.
Meanwhile,a survivor of the deceased,an Assistant Registrar with the Federal Polytechnic,Ukana, Comrade Elizabeth Uko described the late mother as fond to be with, a loving and caring mother whose passion for the welfare of others was unparalleled. She said the family and the entire village will miss her sound advice, encouragement and rib cracking jokes she was known for.
