Just in: Akan Okon vs Umo Eno: Court adjourns till September 12
The ongoing trail at The Federal High Court,Uyo between Hon Akan Okon and Pastor Umo Eno has once again being delayed as Paul Usoro (SAN) seeks leave of Court to attend to his health.
At the resumed hearing today, Paul Usoro asked for adjournment for the case because he is sick and needs a month to attend to his health.
The Judge rejected the plea and instead of one month adjournment, adjourned till the 12th of September.
