Ikot-Ekpene First Lady Appreciates Women For Their Loyalty, Steadfastness
…solicits continuous support Gov. Eno’s govt, Council administration
Wife of the Transition Committee Chairman of Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area, Mrs Utibe John Etim, Friday hosted Women Leaders across the twelve wards of the area.
Addressing the women, Mrs. John Etim, appreciated them for their continuous support to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umoh Eno, and the TRC Chairman, Hon. Sir John Etim. She further acknowledged them for their steadfastness and hard work over the years, while assuring of better days ahead.
Responding, Obongawan Mma Regina Udoma, thanked the wife of the Council Chairman for her love and kind gestures towards the women of Ikot-Ekpene since the inception of her husband’s administration.
The Senatorial Women Leader of Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District, Obongawan Abigail Akpan, also thanked Mrs. Etim for always carrying the women along and particularly for prioritizing their welfare, and urged her to sustain the tempo.
Also speaking, Mrs. Ekaette Udoma, who is the PDP Chapter Woman Leader for Ikot Ekpene and a host of other Women expressed satisfaction in the leadership style of the TRC Chairman’s Wife, and pledged their unflinching support and loyalty to the council administration.
Highlight of the meetingt was a prayer session by the women for the Country, the State and Local Government.
