A’Ibom NUJ holds New Year Thanksgiving Service, January 22
The Nigeria Union of Journalists, (NUJ) Akwa Ibom State Council will on Sunday 22nd January, 2023 hold it’s new year thanksgiving service, an annual spiritual exercise that sees members of the pen profession gather every new year in the church to appreciate God for his mercies and faithfulness to Journalists in the state.
The 2023 edition of the event with the theme; “A Grateful Heart ” drawn from Psalm 9:1 will hold at the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Uruk Uso Area Headquarters, 57 Essien road, Ikot Ekpene.
A statement jointly endorsed by the State Chairman of NUJ, Comrade Amos Etuk, State Secretary of the union, Comrade Dominic Akpan and Chairman, Thanksgiving Service Planning Committee, Elder Manasseh Umoette invites journalists in the state, family members, friends of journalists, associates and the general public to the event which starts at 9:am.
