2022 ONNA Marathon Race To Be Unveiled Saturday
All is now set for the official unveiling of the second edition of ONNA Marathon Race 2022.
According to the Initiator of the ONNA Marathon Race, Bassey Akpan, the unveiling ceremony will take place at Ndon Eyo junction by park, Ikot Abasi-Eket Highway, ONNA Local Government Area on Saturday, 4th June, 2022 by 10am.
Bassey said registration for the race had since began online at www.onnamarathon.com.ng with a payment of #1,000 (One thousand Naira only) in any Nigerian bank with details provided in the website.
He further disclosed that the race proper will hold on 8th October, 2022, adding that last year’s runners of the race came from all over the country including: kastina, Kaduna, Plateau, Lagos, Ogun, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Rivers and Cross River State etc including indigenes of Akwa Ibom State.
The race is powered by Impact Life Medical Foundation in partnership with Akwa Ibom State Athletic Association.
