Iniubong Umoren: Medical Consultant reveals Postmortem examination findings
As hearing on the gruesome murder of Akwa Ibom jobseeker, Iniubong Umoren continues, a senior consultant pathologist, Dr. Emeka Nwafor who carried out postmortem examination on the deceased body has revealed findings before the court.
The Medical Consultant who was in the duck on Tuesday, 16th November 2021 stated as follows:
“My Lord, I performed a post mortem examination and these are my findings: a moderate decomposing body of a young female African origin. 5.2 feet.
“The body is muzzled and swollen. She wore an earring on the right ear, no earring on the left ear.
“The two eyes collapsed and bulged out of the surface. The lips swollen and mouth open.
“The pubic area was well shaved with no injury or mark on it. The toe nails were painted blue, fingernails red. Three openings on the forehead.
“Two on the right hand side, one on the left. Right forehead measured 4×1.5cms, 6cms above the right eye orbit, 2cms below the hairline.
“Left acceleration hairline measured 8x3vms above the left eye margin.
“Right acceleration measured 4x4cms from the midline of the centre head.
“By openings, all the organs were in abnormal and anatomic positions. There was excessive milk colour fluid on the thoracic cavity. All the internal organs were in advantage stage of decomposition. On the brain, there was moderate bleeding beneath the scalp, no skull fracture.
“The brain was completely decomposed. I also carried out microscopic examination of the skin acceleration and it showed vital reactions which meant that the reactions occured when the deceased was alive.””
Recalled that Iniubong Umoren was gruesomely murdered by an alleged a 20 year old job syndicate, Uduak Akpan who confess to the crime before the press when paraded by the police at the state Police Headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia but later pleaded not Guilty to the offence in the court.
The case is still in court as the world continue to cry for justice for the innocent job seeker.
