1. No love lust

In the petition submitted to the Abuj High Court, Anita claimed that there is no love lust between her and Paul Okoye.

Acciding to the Beautiful Onyiye, Paul Okoye has been acting “Deceit” which only God can judge, denying her sex and all forms of companionship and love which are the integral components of all successful marriages.

2. Lack of support from Paul Okoye

Anita Okoye further said that the musician shied away from his role as a husband by refusing to support and care for her and her family, including the three children.

3. No longer in contact as a couple

According to the petition, lack of communication also crumbles the celebrity marriage.

Anita claimed they don’t interact as a pair anymore. Because of a lack of love and compatibility, she declared that the marriage had irreversibly broken down.

Another reason Anita Okoye wants their marriage terminated is because of irreconcilable disagreements, according to the pop star’s university sweetheart.

In the petition, the mother of three stated that their relationship had become chilly, and that all attempts to savor what was left of it were met with hard rejection. She further claimed that the musician had stopped communicating with her in any way.

In the document, Paul Okoye was said to be at liberty to deny the claims in the petition, allege additional facts for the consideration of the court, submit to the court that it should dismiss any of the proceedings instituted by the petitioner, or file an answer to the petition.

However, the one-page document which seems to be a fragment of a larger paper work does not have the court’s endorsement on it. Also, the petition number and other aspects of it were blurred.

According to the document, Paul Okoye is free to refute the claims in the petition, allege additional facts for the court’s consideration, submit to the court that any of the petitioner’s actions should be dismissed, or file an answer to the petition.
