The remains of the late Nigerian Air Force First female combat pilot, Tolulope Arotile will be interred on July 23 at Abuja.
A released by the Director of Public Relations and Information of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola revealed that the late Tolulope who died on July 14 in an auto accident in Kaduna will be buried with full military honours at the National Military Cemetery, Abuja.
The young Flying Officer Tolulope Oluwatoyin Arotile was born on 13 December 1995 to the family of Mr and Mrs Akintunde Arotile in Kaduna state Nigeria.
Late Tolulope who hailed from Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State attended Air Force Primary School, Kaduna from 2000 – 2005 and Air Force Secondary School, Kaduna from 2006 – 2011 before she later gained admission into the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna as a member of 64 Regular Course on 22 September 2012.
The news of the sudden demise of Tolulope came as a shock to Nigerians from great to the small especially the Nigerian Air Force.
