2023 : Pastor Umo Eno tasks youths on political involvement
Akwa Ibom State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial candidate, Pastor Umo Eno has accepted an invitation to a Youth Convention of the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Eket Field slated for July 2022.
Responding to an invitation by Eket Field Youth Movement of the Church, during a courtesy call on him at his Eket residence, Pastor Eno expressed delight at the formation of the youth movement and urged them to use the platform to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the church and the society in general.
He noted that though he is the Undersheperd of All Nations Christian Ministry International, his foundation remains the Apostolic Church adding that he is always proud to identify with the Apostolic family.
Pastor Eno who was recently honoured as Beacon of Hope by The Apostolic Church, admonished Christian youths to, like the sons of Issachar, who had understanding of the times, be conscious of the societal trends and be politically active to engender the desired change.
He advised the youths to mobilize their members for the on-going permanent voters card registration to enable them vote for God-fearing leaders of their choice come 2023..
The governorship hopeful commended the youth body for the visit stressing that it was a thing of joy to host members of his primary constituency.
